We’re pleased to announce that we’ve modernized our PCS® online delivery to simplify and enhance our customers’ experience. Launched today, those enhancements will help users more easily identify and work with our information.
As part of the enhanced format of our Catastrophe Bulletins and Advisories, Severe Weather Summaries, and Storm and Event Tracking Reports, we’ve included the following:
- a more colorful design that highlights important information and makes communications more inviting to read
- integration of key information up front so you can identify faster the type of communication you’re receiving as well as important information categorizing different events
- graphics to help you classify event type with ease, which provides for a more customer-friendly communication
