Property Claim Services® (PCS®) thoroughly investigates and collects data on disasters in the United States, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Canada. Now, we’ve launched a new mobile application, PCS-Mobile, to give PCS customers access to this vital information on the go.
PCS-Mobile provides easy access to daily severe weather information, catastrophe bulletins, and storm and event tracking reports. Push notifications will alert users of newly designated catastrophes and newly published catastrophe bulletins.
In 2014, PCS staff conducted site visits of residential and commercial structures following the American Canyon earthquake in Napa Valley, California and also visited Alabama and Florida in the spring after tornadoes and flooding of CAT 40 occurred. Future updates to PCS-Mobile will allow users to communicate directly with PCS through the app and will allow users to upload information and photos during and after cat events.
PCS-Mobile will be available for Android and BlackBerry soon.
