On March 26, we held our first ISO ClaimSearch User Meeting of the year. Our newly designed User Meeting included practical information to help claims and SIU professionals use the ISO ClaimSearch system in their day-to-day workflow. Attendees were very pleased with the meeting and really liked the new format.
We redesigned the agenda to help users get the most out of the ISO ClaimSearch system, enhance their claims analysis, and maximize workflow.
In the meeting, we focused our agenda on key areas that will improve claims processing workflow and meet current management challenges, including new and ever-changing compliance issues concerning CMS, NMVTIS, and more. Sessions included:
