By Mark Strang April 20, 2015

We’re happy to announce a new member of the ISO Claims Outcome Advisor® (COA®) team in the U.K. David Blakemore has joined us as a business development executive and will help drive increased market adoption of our personal injury claims valuation and case management solution, which provides major improvements in case management efficiency for insurers and solicitors.

Blakemore has more than 40 years of experience in the U.K. insurance industry and spent the last five years at Partners & Co Solicitors as development director. In that capacity, he worked with claims management solicitors in the broker sector. Previously, he spent more than 30 years in senior management and business development roles at various insurance industry companies, including Marsh, Aon, Groupama, Axa, and Dominion.

Joe Pendle, managing director at ISO, commented, “David is joining ISO at an important time. With the benefits of tools such as COA now evident for insurers, demand is beginning to increase significantly. Case handling efficiency and life cycle management are now top priorities for many insurance companies, and we’re continuing to develop new products and services to feed this appetite. David has decades of industry experience in developing new sales and new business. He has a great understanding of client needs and is well positioned to help drive our U.K. sales.”

Commenting on his appointment, David Blakemore said, “Claim handling and processing tools have become such an important part of this business. Automated systems that provide access to actionable data are key to this trend, and ISO is a leader in providing those solutions. So it’s great to become a part of the team.” Learn more about our claims solutions for the global market >>
