Missed the Mandatory Medicaid Reporting Web Seminar?

In January, Claims Solutions held a series of web seminars on Rhode Island’s mandatory reporting requirement for insurers — Article 11, part of Title 27, chapter 57.1-1, the Medical Assistance Intercept Act. Article 11 requires all insurers that write workers' compensation or liability policies in Rhode Island to participate in a data match program called the Medicaid Recovery Network (MRN).

The web seminars, still available online, covered:

  • the requirements of Article 11, the Medicaid Recovery Network (MRN)
  • the development of the ClaimSearch® Medicaid Reporting Service
  • how this free service works
  • how to participate in the ClaimSearch Medicaid Reporting Service

The ClaimSearch Medicaid Reporting Service is free for all companies that participate in ClaimSearch. Also, this service for compliance in Rhode Island may give you a head start, as other states are already considering similar approaches.
