ISO ClaimSearch Web Seminar: CMS ICD-10 Code Implementation

By Louis Riggio August 13, 2015

The deadline to implement ICD- 10 codes is approaching quickly. To assist customers in understanding the requirements, ISO ClaimSearch® will be hosting a web seminar: ICD-10Reporting to CMS on Thursday, September 3.

Those responsible for Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) reporting should be aware that ICD-10 codes will go into effect on October 1, 2015. On that date, all medical providers will be required to use ICD-10 codes. The change is one of the most important developments for 2015 in Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance.

To assist customers with ICD-10 implementation, Lynn Roberts, director, ISO ClaimSearch Operations, and Tricia King, ISO ClaimSearch Operations supervisor, will discuss the highlights of the upcoming CMS reporting change. They’ll review what ISO ClaimSearch has been working on to accommodate the CMS requirements to continue supporting CMS reporting of ICD codes.
