The first ISO ClaimSearch® training sessions have been a resounding success with high enrollments and clear customer interest. We developed the online sessions to help users fully understand and exploit all the available ISO ClaimSearch tools. Our goal is to take a deep dive with the topics ISO ClaimSearch users have requested most, in addition to those areas for which “helpful hints” are useful.
Our fall ISO ClaimSearch training sessions continue with two topics essential for getting the most from the system:
- Thursday. September 25 (2:00 p.m., ET): Reading Match Reports
This session will offer tips on how to read and get the most from Match Reports. Find out why Match Reports are an essential first step in evaluating the merits of a claim.
- Thursday. October 30 (2:00 p.m., ET):Claims Inquiry and Public-Records Searches
How can you best use Claims Inquiry? In what situations should you do a public-records search? Learn how those functions can enhance your claims analysis.
We encourage you to sign up for the sessions and invite your colleagues. The training sessions are free and available only to ISO ClaimSearch users. You may register as many users as you wish, but space may run out quickly. So please register as soon as possible.
We’ll continue to offer open training sessions monthly to help users become more proficient in a wide range of ISO ClaimSearch functions and related services, from CMS reporting to investigations. You’ll learn about best practices, gain skills to accelerate fraud detection, and explore strategies for successful use of the system. Your feedback and suggestions for expanding our training programs and topics are always welcome. Let us know what you’d like to learn more about.
