ISO ClaimSearch Training Expands

By Louis Riggio May 9, 2014

Lou_RiggioIn an effort to help users exploit all the available ISO ClaimSearch® solutions, we’ve created a new monthly open-registration training program that covers the topics ISO ClaimSearch users have requested most.

The program will help users become proficient in a wide range of ISO ClaimSearch functions and related services, from CMS reporting to more effective investigations. The training sessions are available once a month beginning in May.

Training topics include:

  • how to use ISO ClaimSearch most effectively for investigations — June 19 at 2:00 p.m. ET
  • key tips for using the ISO ClaimSearch Claims Inquiry function — July 17 at 2:00 p.m. ET

You’ll learn about best practices, gain skills to accelerate fraud detection, and explore strategies for successful use of the system. The training sessions are free and available only to ISO ClaimSearch users. You may register as many users as you wish, but space may run out quickly, so register as soon as possible. In the next few months, we’ll post more topics and session dates for the remainder of the year.

Your feedback and suggestions for expanding our training programs and topics are always welcome. Let us know what you’d like to learn more about.
