ISO ClaimSearch® kicked off its new Compliance Advisory Group during the fall. The group — comprising insurers, self-insureds, and TPAs — includes both large and midsized insurers and other members who have displayed an active interest in ISO’s compliance services.
The ISO Compliance Advisory Group was initiated to promote a collaborative exchange of information and opportunities among insurance compliance professionals. The group aims to positively impact the insurance industry within a changing regulatory environment. Activities will include analysis of current regulatory conditions and developments with the goal of creating industry recommendations to promote compliance in an effective and efficient manner. Discussions will include, but not be limited to, the ISO ClaimSearch compliance suite of products and services: NMVTIS, CSEA, Section 111 MSP Reporting, Medicaid Reporting Service, Fire Marshal Reporting, and OFAC as well as ISO Claims Partners solutions for Section 111 reporting, Conditional Payments, and Medicare Set-Aside Services.
