Customers to benefit from unification of claims solutions

By Mark Strang October 26, 2016

Claims handlers are familiar with both ISO Claims Outcome Advisor® (COA), the top quantum evaluation tool, and Xactware’s claims-handling tools for the property market. But what they may not know is that these industry-leading solutions have been offered by two business units that are part of Verisk Insurance Solutions.

Now, customers of both sets of products will benefit from a unification of these claims businesses under the leadership of Joe Pendle, who has been appointed managing director of Verisk Insurance Solutions. In this new role, he leads the Xactware and ISO claims businesses for the United Kingdom and the rest of Europe. Pendle’s appointment will enable both businesses to provide a streamlined customer experience for their mutual claims market clients throughout the region.

By unifying these businesses, Verisk Insurance Solutions will offer a new alignment of services for both personal injury and property claims. The new organisational structure will benefit claims customers by facilitating more efficient delivery of services.

In addition, the new organisational structure will provide a strong foundation for expanding the reach of our solutions across Europe, while continuing to provide the high levels of customer service and satisfaction that have benefitted our many long-standing customers.

Clients should rest assured that the same market-leading assets they’ve counted on are still here: the deepest data and the industry’s strongest collection of intellectual capital. This new collaboration will help our industry be better prepared for the challenges ahead. We’re actively addressing customer needs to meet your greatest challenges across the insurance business.

Under the leadership of Joe Pendle, Verisk Insurance Solutions will remain committed to your success, giving you the confidence to secure and grow your business.
