Back in December, ISO ClaimSearch began its exciting transformation. The system will ultimately offer a more intuitive design supported by a robust system to facilitate faster claim handling and deliver superior claim data and insights. We launched a new login page and procedure in December as a preview to the major updates to come. Expect to see new changes in January and beyond.
In January, ISO ClaimSearch will be rolling out more changes, including an easier-to-navigate home page. Other updates will include:
- single sign-on capability for accessing the ISO ClaimSearch website directly from your company’s network
- self-administration module for granting access to new users
- rich graphical business intelligence dashboards for measuring performance and benchmarking, starting with the Claims Manager dashboard
As the year continues, customers can look forward to a Claims Inquiry mobile app for conducting investigations in the field. Further changes will not only provide you with claim insights from the most comprehensive data set available but also provide you with superior claim-handling services.
