Sarah Carr brings eight years of insurance experience to her new role and will strengthen ISO's existing consultancy, pre- and post-sales support, training and mentoring services for its Claims Outcome Advisor™ (COATM) personal injury claims management solution. Sarah Carr will also work closely with ISO's product marketing team to develop COA in direct response to requests and needs of existing users in the UK, including Zurich Financial Services, Highway and Admiral.
Before joining ISO, Sarah Carr spent two years at Allianz Cornhill as a Claims Officer, where she was part of a dedicated team dealing with personal injury commercial insurance claims. Prior to that, Sarah Carr spent over six years as a claims handler at Zurich Commercial, where she was responsible for handling all aspects of a reported claim, from first advice to final settlement, for her own portfolio of major clients.
