President and Chief Executive Officer, PowerAdvocate
Daniel Sullivan is president and chief executive officer of PowerAdvocate, a Verisk business providing market intelligence to the energy industry to optimize performance.
Mr. Sullivan founded PowerAdvocate in 2000. During his tenure, he created a software-as-a-service delivery model through which diverse teams of industry engineers and technology experts deliver PowerAdvocate’s unique blend of technology, information, and services to the energy industry. Earlier in his career, Mr. Sullivan was a vice president at Stone & Webster and served as executive assistant to the CEO for Strategy & Operations of Deutsche Babcock NA. Before that, he held procurement positions at Brown & Root.
Mr. Sullivan received his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and graduated from West Point, serving in the Army Corps of Engineers.
In 2010, Ernst & Young recognized Mr. Sullivan as a finalist for its Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the New England region.
