How have you exceeded our customer expectations?

Whenever a customer asks for help, I do my best to provide answers and additional information that may be useful to them in the future. I also provide supporting documents or direct contact information. I’m demonstrating products and services with customers and taking additional time to work through a customer-reported error. I schedule one-on-one meetings to illustrate the benefits of a process.

What’s one of your proudest customer service moments?

If a customer contacts me directly weeks or months after the original inquiry was resolved, I’m satisfied that they trust me to help them with their future needs. Or, when a customer feels overwhelmed or confused, I provide solutions and explanations to clarify their issues. Feedback from surveys and handwritten thank-you notes from customers indicates that my work leaves a positive impression.
