How have our customers inspired you?

Our clients are genuinely dedicated people working to help customers impacted by disaster help get their lives back on track. They often work long hours under challenging conditions to process claims quickly. That work makes a difference to their clients because it impacts the length of time for potentially returning to their homes. When I think about our insurance clients’ work on the front line, they inspire me to do a better job to support them.

How have you exceeded our customer expectations?

I take responsibility for every issue assigned to me. I place myself in the shoes of the customer so that I understand their experience. I think customers are used to having their concerns dismissed. My goal is to provide the best level of service by listening carefully to customer concerns and then giving them options to resolve those issues. I believe this helps develop trust and improves customer satisfaction.

How has technology changed over the years to enable better customer service?

Cloud technology has a paradigm-shifting impact on how we help our customers. Outdated software that required sending massive installation files to clients or the use of compact discs to install the software took hours. Cloud-based and desktop applications download in seconds or minutes with a strong broadband connection. Cloud storage allows us to help customers with project-specific issues, making it easier to implement fixes without lengthy file transfers.
