The foundation of Verisk Commercial Real Estate is our team of more than 550 full-time field services professionals. That includes our experienced national PCA staff, National Processing Center staff, and quality assurance managers. Available throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, our field analysts have extensive experience in property evaluations, loss control, engineering, and construction. They average nine years of experience conducting commercial property assessments.

Verisk field analysts have numerous professional certifications and designations. They’ve trained in ASTM International (ASTM), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and other international standards. Designations include:
