SightlinesTM Performance Measurement, from Verisk Health, is a collection of tools for calculating HEDIS® (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set) measures, creating and submitting reports, building custom healthcare quality measures, and translating data into required formats. Sightlines Performance Measurement simplifies the process of reporting on quality improvement and makes it easy to achieve compliance for health procedures among your members.
With Sightlines Performance Measurement, you can:
- analyze claims data, enter medical record data, and submit data to the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for HEDIS audits
- calculate HEDIS measures
- view, query, analyze, and measure HEDIS data using standard or custom specifications, filters, or drill-downs
- collect HEDIS administrative and hybrid medical record data
- develop custom measures for your own clinical reporting initiatives
- export data into our Sightlines Medical Intelligence and Sightlines Enterprise Analytics systems for integrated quality measurement
