RegsData — part of Verisk's Interthinx unit — offers a suite of products to help wholesale and correspondent lenders deal with the compliance risk surrounding licensing of mortgage brokers and lenders.

The products call on our State Verification and Alert Repository (SVARTM) — your source of licensing information for all nondepository first- and second-mortgage brokers and lenders. SVAR stores the data centrally and lets you monitor licensing information from the 50 jurisdictions (including the District of Colombia) that require some type of license to originate loans.

RegsData offers:
