Join us in Florida!
Online registration has closed, but you can still join us at the conference. On-site registration will take place from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 2, in the Asbury Rotunda of the Convention Center at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts.

We can accept payment for on-site registration by credit card or company check.

Registration policy
The registration fee includes a welcome reception, two lunches, two continental breakfasts, all refreshments, and Tuesday's closing reception and dinner event, as well as all conference materials. Travel and hotel accommodation costs are not included and are the responsibility of each conference participant.

To include you in the preregistration attendee list, we must receive your registration by September 15. Preregistration is available until September 15. After September 15, you must register for the conference on-site. If you wish to register on-site, you may bring a completed registration form with you. If you are attending as a substitute for a previously registered person, you must complete a registration form including the name of the person you are replacing.

Confirmation
If you register online, we will confirm your registration with an e-mail message at the time you register. If you register by mail, we will confirm in writing no later than September 15. Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your registration, you must notify us in writing by sending an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . To receive a full refund of your registration fee, you must notify us no later than August 19. If you cancel between August 20 and September 1, you will receive a refund less a $150 administration fee. We regret we cannot provide refunds for requests received after September 1. However, you may substitute an attendee at any time. Please see the registration policy for instructions on how to register a substitute.

Guest Attendance/Registration
Your guest is welcome to attend our Opening Reception Sunday evening at no additional charge. If you wish to bring a guest to our Tuesday Evening Festivities, there is a guest registration fee of $100. Please register your guest for this event when you register for the conference.
