Verisk Insurance Solutions Customer Conference 2011 will provide a unique professional-development opportunity for professionals in the property/casualty industry, with continuing education credits available from five different organizations.
By attending this conference, you can earn continuing education credits toward the following designations:
Certified Insurance Fraud Investigator (CIFI)
Up to 6 continuing education units
Certified Insurance Fraud Investigators (CIFIs) can earn up to 4 continuing education units by attending appropriate sessions on claims fraud detection and investigation.
Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU)
Up to 10 points
Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCUs) will receive up to 10 points under the Continuing Professional Development program for CPCUs.
Insurance Data Management Association (IDMA)
Up to 12 points
Associate Insurance Data Managers (AIDM) and Certified Insurance Data Managers (CIDM) can earn up to 12 points toward the IDMA Continuing Education program.
Registered Professional Adjuster (RPA)
Up to 8.5 continuing education credits
Registered Professional Adjuster (RPA) designees will receive up to 8.5 continuing education credits.
Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS)
Up to 11.7 CE Credits*
The CAS Continuing Education Policy applies to all ACAS and FCAS members who provide actuarial services. Actuarial services are defined in the CAS Code of Professional Conduct as "professional services provided to a Principal by an individual acting in the capacity of an actuary. Such services include the rendering of advice, recommendations, findings, or opinions based upon actuarial considerations."
Members who are or could be subject to the continuing education requirements of a national actuarial organization can meet the requirements of the CAS Continuing Education Policy by satisfying the continuing education requirements established by a national actuarial organization recognized by the Policy.
This activity may qualify for up to 11.7 CE Credits for CAS members. Participants should claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. CAS members earn 1 CE Credit per 50 minutes of educational session time not to include breaks or lunch.
*The amount of CE credit that can be earned for participating in this activity must be assessed by the individual attendee. It also may be different for individuals who are subject to the requirements of organizations other than the American Academy of Actuaries.

A personal attendance record form for tracking CAS CE credit qualifications will be available at the conference registration desk on Monday morning and throughout the conference. Other continuing education credit forms and instructions will be available at the conference registration desk on Tuesday morning after the conclusion of the general session.
