During the morning and evening rush hours, NY Waterway runs ferries on a limited schedule from the Midtown/West 39th Street Terminal in Manhattan to a pier at Newport in Jersey City. Visit www.nywaterway.com for schedules and other information.

To reach the ISO Building from the NY Waterway pier at Newport:

1) After leaving the pier, pass by the NY Waterway ticket kiosk and through the high chain-link gate onto the esplanade.

2) Turn left and follow the esplanade approximately 200 feet to the green metal gate on your right.

3) Go through the gate into the apartment complex. Follow the sidewalk to the left, past the Atlantic and Riverside apartment buildings. Exit the apartment complex through another green gate.

4) Cross the street at the crosswalk and follow the sidewalk straight, past a restaurant, and then left, past Stevens Cooperative School and two stores.

5) Turn right on Pavonia Avenue. Follow the sidewalk to Washington Boulevard.

6) Cross Washington Boulevard at the traffic signal. The ISO Building is to your right at 545 Washington Boulevard.
