Vincent Cialdella leads ISO’s American Insurance Services Group (AISG) unit, a key part of Verisk's decision analytics business segment. Mr. Cialdella is also responsible for the development program for ISO ClaimSearch®, the property/casualty insurance industry’s all-claims database. He oversees operations for ISO’s Automobile-Property Loss Underwriting Service (A-PLUSTM) and its suite of underwriting information products and policy-management workflow solutions, including the Coverage VerifierSM policy transaction database.

Mr. Cialdella also guides the operation of Insurance Information Exchange® (iiXTM), ISO’s provider of motor vehicle reports and other vehicle information, and Intellicorp Records, Inc., ISO’s provider of criminal and civil court records. Those organizations offer services used by insurers for underwriting, claims, and special investigations and by a wide range of other industries for employment and background screening.

In addition, Mr. Cialdella is responsible for AISG’s key advisory organizations serving the property/casualty industry: Engineering and Safety Service (E&STM), Premium Audit Advisory Service (PAASTM), and Property Claim Services® (PCS®).

Previously, Mr. Cialdella served as vice president–ISO Claims Solutions and as assistant vice president–ISO ClaimSearch Product Development and Operations. He started his ISO career in the Actuarial Department in 1978 and in 1985 moved to Information Systems, where he managed the development of several of ISO’s actuarial systems. Mr. Cialdella is a graduate of Queens College of the City University of New York and holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics.
