Raj Bhat is president of Quality Planning, part of Verisk's risk assessment business segment. Dr. Bhat has more than 25 years of experience in providing high-level management and technical services to the property/casualty industry. He has been with QPC for ten years. In his prior positions at ADP Claims Solutions (Audatex), Dr. Bhat provided decision support and management information systems to leading insurers to manage their auto claims. Dr. Bhat holds a Ph.D. in business from the University of California, Berkeley, an M.B.A. from the University of Delhi, and a B.Tech degree from IIT, Kanpur, India.
