Eva F. Huston — Treasurer, Vice President of Corporate Finance, and Head of Investor Relations

Eva F. Huston, treasurer, vice president of corporate finance, and head of investor relations, joined Verisk Analytics in 2009 as head of investor relations. In that position, she played an important role in Verisk’s transition to a public company. She was appointed treasurer and vice president of corporate finance in 2011.

Ms. Huston is responsible for capital structure and capital markets transactions, development and execution of the company’s investor relations program, and other strategic finance initiatives. She oversees relationships with banks and bondholders and all communications with the investment community, including both buy-side institutional investors and sell-side research analysts. 

Before joining Verisk, Ms. Huston was a managing director in telecom, media, and technology investment banking at J.P. Morgan, where she was responsible for the marketing and information services practice. Her client base included companies providing data and analytics to a variety of industry verticals, such as consumer and media, financial services, insurance, and automotive. In her last five years at J.P. Morgan, Ms. Huston raised more than $25 billion in equity and debt financing for her clients and advised clients on significant sector acquisitions.

Ms. Huston is a graduate of Georgetown University, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in foreign service with a concentration in international politics. She specialized in Russian area studies.
